Pros
This company is hands down the best company I've worked for in my 20+ year career. * The CEO is the most ethical business leader I've ever seen * The work environment prioritizes mission first * Work/Life balance is emphasized * It's fun, engaging work * Professional development is encouraged * Peers are all incredibly intelligent * Benefits are top notch * Bandwidth cares about all of their employees and it *really shows* ** Pay, benefits, fitness challenges, review process, etc... There isn't a job offer out there that could convince me to leave this company.
Cons
It can be hard to get an interview/get hired. They have high standards.
