Business Outlook
Pros
Bandwidth is growing into one of the top tech companies here in the triangle. Work life balance is great and you can make good money if you work hard. The company culture is also great, and the ceo regularly has AMA sessions with all employees to share where we’re headed as an org.
Cons
The company is growing and there are still pieces that are being built (like training). The product is really complex and difficult to learn. In the mid market role you’ll need to be good at finding new accounts and shouldn’t expect to sit back and be fed meetings by bdrs all day (although you can feed your bdrs good accounts and do well that way).
