Good talented people who work together well within their own teams. A few managers are excellent Access to good systems, or potential to have access Good pay

Cons

USA is not the centre of the world. For a "global" company they refuse to understand this. Seems like they bought Voxbone to tick a box, they have no clue on how to manage the INTL portion of the business. They often have people in the Exec level positions who have tunnel vision, no clue about the international market space and look to promote only across their USA business. Every meeting at some point has someone saying " In USA we don't do x".. Little or no recognition for people who actually do the work.. unless you're American..

Since Bandwidth, the management imposed a series of unpopular decisions, contract terminations, termination of entire departments , which has reduced the quality of deliverables.

Pros

Speaking for Voxbone. The pros are all from before the acquisition. After this, all pros are gone

Cons

Too much politics. Lower levels have no word. Middle management wants to climb the stairs. And high management, who knows .. Mandatory 5 days a week at the office. And if you don't want because you've moved far during the pandemic, the CEO will ask you to move back or will "encourage" you to look for opportunities outside the company Salary below market No career evolution. You'll do the same for 10 years. You might get a "cheers for peers" if you're lucky
