Pros

Truly interested in the people, employees, families, and clients. Not a “me to” type of focus. Very into leading into the future and providing futuristic solutions for partners. This aligns with the interests of our partnersthat are concerned with the future of their companies. Good alignment here for true partnering. Great onboarding program to make new employees feel welcome and a part of the team right from day 1. Great tools to enable new employee stuff…such as insurance, 401K, PTO, Health Care forms, etc Growing!! (Revenue and careers!)

Cons

Fast growing company so obviously will incur growing pains. These possible frustrations are a good sign though and a good problem to have.

Finally...I've found my work "home"

Pros

I've worked for the company for only a short time, but it is nothing short of fantastic so far. I initially interviewed with Bandwidth.com for a position that I did not get; however, the entire interview process, from initial phone call with the recruiting manager through the face to face time with the employees, was so impressive that I knew this was a company that I wanted to work for. I was disappointed at first, but, I continued to follow the company and check back for new positions. Luckily, I found one! I contacted the recruiting manager immediately and she was more than happy to discuss the job with me and worked with me to interview again. This is a competitive company, both outside and inside the company. If you want to be pushed to be better than you have imagined, this is the place for you. The company is motivated to move forward and always strive to be the best, so be prepared for every day to be different. If you want the "normal" (aka boring) job where you come in, do your same 5 tasks per day and go home, you will not find that here. For the first time, I have found a company that truly understands that if you trust your employees and treat them like adults; they'll give it their best every time.

Cons

Getting completely "up to speed" is a little slower here than I'd imagined. That can be a good thing or a bad thing; it all depends on what you're used to in past experiences. I'm a "throw me in the deep end" kind of employee, so it has been harder for me. It's getting better, though.

Pros

Good benefits - PTO days that accrue the longer you have been there

Cons

There are a lot of cliques within this company. If you are in it, you will do well...if not don't say anything negative or you will gotten rid of. They "may" have changed - if so, good for them but I will be very candid about my personal experience. Some of the reviews on here are amusing to say the least...This was not even close to my experience. I found that the more you tried to be outspoken or open about issues, the more you were ostracized and it was frowned upon. A lot of things were said aloud by many in the company. Some very inappropriate however it depends on who you are if it's tolerated or not. I witnessed so many unethical things I would need far more than a glassdoor template to type it out on. The truth is, is that they are very disorganized and directionless. I reviewed all of the reviews and the one that states "there is good and bad" is probably the best take in all reality since this person saw more than one side. It depends on who you work for there. I'm not going to deny that I saw the vast majority of employees as young white males in the engineering departments...that's just the reality of it. I did hear many demeaning comments about those of a more advanced age. It was quite disheartening. I think this is a young and hungry company that will do about anything to cover up negative press - even if it's unethical or immoral. That's the cold hard truth. They move toward whatever is the money maker of the moment for them. I watched direction and gears change many times over while there as well as disrespect toward other employees take place, etc. I watched people back stab, I saw and talked to those too afraid to say anything as they feared they would be on the chopping block next...and they were probably right about that. Many just smiled and acted as if nothing was wrong (though they expressed otherwise while no one was around) because they are too complacent to leave or fearful to leave as this is all they have known and so forth. I never once met the CEO while I was there. If he's taking the steps to bond with those in his company then I applaud him for it....people and companies can change. While I was there, it was a really bad experience and I am forever grateful for not being there anymore. I never knew how much misery that atmosphere caused until i was removed from it. I felt like it was toxic to my well being and only since I've been gone, I've been truly able to see it for what it was...unethical, immoral, underhanded, and all else you can think of. Any place that needs to post it's legit should make you raise an eyebrow.
