Pros

This Company won Best Places to Work this year for a reason. Every year the company asks for feedback and addresses areas that can improve and continues to do the things we like. The work is interesting and fast paced and the company is profitable and growing. Benefits are awesome. You can work with people and managers you really like and have fun too. The CEO is the most stand-up and smart guy you will ever meet. He is well respected and sincerely liked by the people I know at work. Just look at their customer list, their revenue growth and their Best Places to Work status - they are legit.

Cons

You have to want to be in an entrepreneurial environment. This is both exciting and disruptive and you have to like that kind of work place and you have to want to be a part of something that is innovating and growing fast and sometimes chaotic. Not a place for you if you want a 9-5 job with lots of structure and no surprises.

Pros

Excellent benefits..Motivational speeches sound inspirational. You get an extra 30 minutes for lunch if you exercise. those things are nice. They are flexible about working from home.

Cons

Management, unethical behavior allowed and seen on a daily basis. Some things border on illegal. I heard comments like "no one over 40 should be allowed to work here" and "the old mans club" aimed at older folks in the tech departments. I also heard derogatory statements regarding females in the tech departments too. All of it disgusting and shameful. Management is more than aware. They don't do anything. People get drunk and loud while some others work on the beer days (thursday or friday) and it still surprises me that no one has gotten a DUI. flying footballs, guys banging around, saying nasty and crude things, I mean grow up...I moved from another group (wasn't so bad) to one that was pretty scary. Many things bordered on illegal. Don't expect to move up either..zero upward mobility from what I experienced. I have never worked in such an unprofessional place in my entire life. It's why I left very quickly after being moved.

Pros

Great benefits, Party 'till you Puke Thirsty Thursday (F.K.A. Beer Fiday's)

Cons

Don't let anyone fool you - for a "progressive" company in the fast growing RTP techie world, the GOB Syndrome (Good Ole Boy) is alive & well here! I have watched many of my co-workers drop from the radar like flies...if they're not jumping ship for Cisco or RedHat, they're being squeezed out for pointing out some of the illegal / unethical practices going on.
