Pros

Amazing mobility budget : company car, company bike, metro and train subscription! Good tech stack. Life/work balance: yeah, we never returned 100% at the office.

Cons

Toxic Management: The leadership lacks transparency, only communicates with certain favorites employees, leading to unequal treatment and further dividing the team. They cannot handle any criticism and poorly delegate work towards the team. Terrible communication between colleagues with different timezone, it lacks coordination and leads to isolation. All knowledge is in hands of a small number of people who don't like to communicate. Work Environment: The atmosphere is unhealthy, with colleagues talking behind each other's backs. It's hard to trust anyone as gossip and rumors are rampant. Office: We moved to a tiny and noisy coworking space. Religion: The CEO starts every meeting with a prayer...
