Great sales team, with truly fun and talented people

Cons

The commercial structure creates issues when moving through the sales cycle, also the service delivery and support teams such as porting and NOC are not up to standard. Overall its not a customer centric approach which makes retention of new accounts through POC's and in general difficult. You need to be able to Fire fight well to keep key accounts

Great people, lateral feeling leadership, not top down, employees really valued.

Cons

Typical growing pains for an on the rise company, but nothing the company won't figure out over time. Salaries could be a bit more generous, to retain staff. Key Account Manager position really needs to be just a break/fix customer operations support role, with projects/migrations given to a focused project management team.

I mean, pretty much everything. Sales management is full of themselves and they spent a lot of time basically berating employees with fear tactics and bullying. 80% of the account management team left the company over a 4-6 month period due to these “management” tactics. If you aren’t a “Yes Man/Woman”, you get put on a plan whether you are performing or not. They prey on people taking this job as a stepping stone job out of school and some people don’t know any better.
