Pros

The only pro that I've found in working for this company is sheer employment. It's a paycheck that doesn't meet industry stands for the amount of work, but a paycheck nonetheless.

Cons

The infrastructure is a JOKE. There is no system alignment and there are more than 10 different applications used at any one time for minor tasks. The software is buggy and always lags. Management treats staff like cattle, and reduce two 15 minute breaks / 1 hour lunch to two 10 minute breaks / 30 minute lunch often because they are grossly understaffed. Like most companies, HR protects the company not the employees, so don't expect much help with bullying and harassment from coworkers. There is very little opportunity for development, and you're expected to learn new software and skills in between phone calls.
