Pros

Good phone skills experience, potential to be successful financially, incentives to work hard, training is beneficial if you take advantage of it, very open to asking questions and for help.

Cons

Long hours, no steady pay. Often required to travel without compensation for miles driven. High turnover leaves a constant change in environment.

Pros

Great training and opportunities to refine you sales skills. They prepare you for selling to products to individuals who do not necessarily understand their need for the product

Cons

You are a contractor working for a commission but are expected to show to the office 2 times a week to sit behind phones and sell to seniors. You are compensated poorly and the company does not manage your applications well resulting in a loss of commission. Steer clear unless you are looking for free sales experience.
