Gossip and Negativity, No Money

Pros

THey have nice lunches from time to time and put you on business which is nice. Especially year one because you make bucket payouts of up to 150% of whatever business was wrote.

Cons

If you suck up to management and they like you, they will put you on business for annuities. Outside of that you will likely struggle, quit or not make much money. Terrible working environment with lots of gossip and negative energy.
