Nothing, it’s a horrible company and atmosphere!
Cons
They literally rob you! They tell you you need and FA annuity business even though that’s not a law! The FA then take 30-50% of the case you worked hard for when they did nothing but sign off on it. It’s designed so that management gets all the reward and the agent can’t make a living. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Most decent agents and managers leave because they’re not comfortable with how it’s ran! In fact old top producers created their own company because of the BS Bankers Life has done. It’s called American Senior Benefits, check them out instead!
