Pros

Flexibility (to an extent) Hybrid Growth opportunities

Cons

Poorly structured, you have to pay so much of your own money for courses, licensing and a mandatory $25 for “office supplies and snacks” but they dont even put the snacks out all the time so where’s the money going? You dont make money for a long time, you have to do so much training for so little to come to fruition. They leave out sooo much important stuff they should tell you and you have to learn it the hard way and hope it didn’t cost you money from your pockets. You dont get paid mileage, you dont get to use a company phone. It’s 100% your own stuff, your money and your resources but then they expect you to do 100 things bc they said so and they dont even pay you for your time. Also no benefits are offered.
