      Pros

      The training I have received from Bankers over the years is top tier. Their goal is for you to succeed and if you have the ambition to do so they will help you every step of the way. In a sales based environment it is refreshing to see that they put their employees and client relationships above all else.

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say. I have worked for Bankers for over 5 years and have had the best experience.

      Great leadership that takes time to develop you and are always there to help in any way they can. Fantastic collogues that make the days fun. A job that genuinely helps people while also having the ability to get paid for the work you deserve.

      Cons

      This job can and will sometimes be very challenging but it also has the potential to make whatever dreams and goals you have come true in a very short period of time.

      All of the training, tools, and resources you need to be successful are at your fingertips. If you have a strong sense of self-discipline, a high degree of integrity, and excellent teamwork/communication skills you can be very successful in this career. It's an amazing opportunity to earn a high income for doing meaningful work that helps people in your community.

      Cons

      It can be very difficult for those who have trouble with time management and organization. You have to have an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable with networking activity to meet prospective clients, but if you treat the opportunity as a career rather than a job it will be as rewarding as it is challenging.
