Banner Bank is truly a financial institution set apart from the rest. To work at Banner is to find a true work family, support from all levels of management, and work life balance is not only encouraged, but provided. The salaries are extremely competitive and benefits packages are robust. Upward mobility is very present and career growth is obtainable.

M-F with weekends and holiday's off. Daily activity varies but common tasks are consistent.

Cons

In smaller branches, the role helps covers the teller position as needed, so you need to learn and be comfortable with that role at the same time as learning this one.
