Pros

Banner bank has showed me that their customers matter and that their Employees do also. They have real people answering phones and they really care about customer service.

Cons

The con that I have found is that they only allow one person gone from the branch at a time for vacations and such.

Pros

Banner has some great employees on the front lines, most managers and other employees are great to work with. There are a good amount of benefits if you decide to use them: - dental and medical insurance - 401k - PTO - Free accounts for employees Etc.

Cons

Pay for this position isn't great, as you normally do more than one persons job due to outdated systems or technology the branches don't have. PTO for this position and experience level is 10 days, plus 2 personal days, as well as a floating holiday some years. (Does go to 15 days PTO after 5 years and does go up again at 10+ years.) There is no other vacation option besides taking PTO, and some management won't let you take the days until you accrue them, though most aren't like that.

Thanks for the review. We're glad to hear that your overall experience is positive. We're continuing to evaluate our technology and look for more efficient solutions. As well, we continually review our benefit offerings to ensure market competitiveness. That said, your feedback will be shared and we will look at any adjustments that can be made to enhance employee experience. Thanks!
