      Pros

      The bank has grown over the years, but still has a community bank feel, which is a very good thing. Management is reasonable and listens, and there is a strong spirit of working together toward common goals. Very few silos.

      Cons

      Authority is still a little too tightly controlled. As we grow, we're going to need to trust more people with it.
