      Co-workers, supervisor were all nice with good communication throughout the chain

      Cons

      Commute was too long. Would have stayed only if the drive was not as bad

      Pros

      Depending on the office and your position, there can be good work life balance. Volunteering for nonprofits are highly respected among staff. CEO does make a point to come to events and offices, talking with everyone if upper management introduces you. Otherwise you have to take the initiative to talk with him.

      Cons

      Some management is 'old school' and expect new business from sitting in an office. Not every manager is willing to train employees to do their job and there are no pamphlets or classes/programs on how to use the systems. Learn by asking, if you know the questions to ask. Not much room for growth within the Bank nor classes/programs to help those grow up the ladder.

      Working with great people that care about their customers. Pay and incentive have been good.

      Cons

      Company should invest more money and time into training its employees. If lucky you will they will send you for a training after working for the company for 2-3 months.
