Pros

All the benefits of working for a private company. Ability to directly interact with the owner/CEO. No owner family members on the fast track to upper management. Generous profit sharing plan.

Cons

Not an ESOP company and no opportunity for stock options, employee stock purchase plan or anything like that available for rank and file employees.

they didn't force a quota per day, I was able to do better at making good quality products. got to wear casual clothes and wear earbuds and listen to music all day

sometimes things seemed inefficient and wasteful
