- The assemblers, machine operators and technicians were all amazing.

Cons

- Management isn’t on the same page on what is priority - No clearly defined scope of work - No training for new engineers - Lack of resources - Managers are not available to answer questions/do not respond in a timely manner

Set Work Hours/Schedule (M-F), Birthday Bagel Days, PTO, Paid Holidays, Company Parties (Anniversary & Christmas), Profit Sharing. Allows One Ear Bud for Music

Cons

Recent Company Changes/Changes in Management (random decision being made, contradicting information being given out, processes that don't make sense, suddenly switching peoples assigned tasks, etc.) has negatively impacted employees. It is to the point where people who have been there for 10+ years say, "they have never seen anything like this". So far in 2023, most decisions that are being made leave people confused.
