Pros

Comparable pay to other hospitals in the area.

Cons

Only allowed 40 hrs per year for sick time. If you are working 3x12 hr shifts, that is only 3 shifts per year that is protected by AZ sick if you have the hours. Otherwise, you get an occurrence.

Pros

- Banner is very reputable in Arizona - Good balance (not overly worked) - Real and grounded coworkers

Cons

- No room to grow - Lots of leadership turnover - Doesn't always hire the best - Extremely low pay compared to the market!!!!
