Hospital changes management frequently. System pay and benefits in line with other systems. Great opportunities for growth as a nurse. Hospital atmosphere very friendly.

Cons

Management changing frequently. Mandatory staff meeting, and other hospital requirements during off days. Patient population on the decline and nurses would get sent home.

Too many to name, micromanaging, too many little tiny rules to follow they don't see the big picture, they use others as a scapegoat for their faults, management try's to get employees fired or they don't want them to come back.
