Honestly, I've never worked for a better company. They're not perfect (no one is), but I've had 7 other jobs all worse. Literally, the best place I've ever worked.

Cons

Cost of living and inflation will not be considered at annual review time.

Cons

Total compensation is quite low for what is expected of you. Leadership seems to not care about the employees. HR is non-existent so you have no where to voice your complaints.
