Pros

Individuals you work with are amazing. Lots of overtime for time and a half. Good Medical Benefits.

Cons

Drama. Staff doesn't work as a team. Unreasonable pay between part time and full time. No incentives (bonuses or reasonable raise) especially for good staff who has been here for a while. Difficult to move up in the company because they chose favoritism over experience.
