Pros

Supportive environment and great opportunity for gaining professional experience.

Cons

It doesn't seem like someplace you can stay your entire career, as there isn't a huge increase in compensation from bachelor to master's level work.

Pros

Lots of freedom and independent work, good management and plenty of clients to work with. Can be very rewarding if you make a good relationship with your client

Cons

Sometimes can be unorganized, lots of paperwork and can be a lot of driving involved depending on where you live

Pros

They are very lively, while maintaining a professional environment. All the customers seem to tip well and the owner makes sure everyone learns, enjoys the craft and continues education.

Cons

I really don't have any cons, the place is awesome the people are awesome and there is a decent amount of walk in traffic that barbers are able to capitalize from.
