Pros

Working at Barber National Institute gave me my first experience in working with adults with developmental disabilities. There is room for growth, I was promoted within a year to a manager.

Cons

The cons working there is that at times you have to work double shifts if a fellow co-worker doesn't make it to relieve you of your shift, or at times you may have to cover more than one shift due to inclement weather when associates can't make it in.
