Pros

The clients are wonderful, of course. If you like working with children or adults with disabilities, then it's a great place to work. however....

Cons

If you like to have your employer use you as "part time" and therefore give you no benefits whatsoever, but still want to work 40 hours a week, this is a good place to go. Their pay is also terrible... especially for a substitute teacher's aid.... $9.14 is awful for how much work the job entails.... Just awful.

No office, no training on safety, no raises, EHR system never works. Forced overtime due to technological issues. No mental health care for employees. Unsafe locations. Bad communication among BCMs and supervisor in moments of crisis. Lack of diversity among the BCM team. Lack of compassion from supervisors during covid19 illness. Low wages for high risk positon. Lack of knowledge or database of resources made available by employer. Work life balance.
