Flexible schedule, lots of computing resources, nice building, healthy environment, friendly, great people, many industrial collaborations, strong expertise in software engineering

Cons

Limited growth, low salaries (compared to industry), limited expertise in non-computational areas (compared to universities), highly bureaucratic, HR is corrupt and lazy, processes are slow, they take a lot of money from your fellowships (more than other research centers)
