      Pros

      Great location on the Wilmington Riverfront. Friendly people.

      Cons

      Unorganized, chaotic, unstructured, and reactive environment. Although several basic frameworks exist, no clearly defined processes or workflows are in place. The organization considers itself an "agile" environment but I think that's more of an excuse, rather than a reality.

      Good Health Benefits. great "hold you over" job until you find another. Not a place to go for long term employment

      Cons

      Extremely poor training. Very little room for advancement. Does not give adequate raises in pay after becoming tenured. Horrible attrition rate. Managers that are not qualified or on the same page. Little to no Communication with staff.

      Broader exposure with freedom to do whatever you want to do.

      Cons

      poor leadership, lack of vision. people are paid way above the industry average so literally no attrition in certain areas. worst technology teams you can think of.
