Pros
Barclays has a decent pay. Not bombarded with an overfill of calls depending on what department you’re in.
Cons
Management and higher ups are all over the place. You are constantly being graded on new information that changes constantly. There is no foundation to new information given. There is a lot of favoritism that goes on within higher ups so unless you’re scratching someone’s back constantly say good bye to any future promotions. You’re treated very replaceable in any role of any department. There is a lack of support which is crucial in this role.
