      Pros

      Many of the people from the Lehman-era are still here and are amazing to work with. Midtown NYC location.

      Cons

      Some of the OG dinosaurs from Barclays need to be let go. Work/life balance is non-existent — it’s showcased but rarely ever carried out as it is manager dependent. Lots of red tape and no clear cut path to promotion. Lays offs every few months or near-sourcing to the middle of NJ.

      Pros

      Barclays had great benefits, decent pay, nice people, good work from home capabilities depending on your manager, Internal mobility is encouraged.

      Cons

      High turnover, very little stability. There was is always so much change that it is difficult for any project to get completed start to finish. Outdated technology. Needs more diversity among the staff.
