      It Pays to Suck Up

      Pros

      It's a great company to have on your resume. You are exposed to a range of personalities and are really prepared to deal with cut throat atmospheres.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, incomplete employees were easily elevated to VP and even SVP status just because they sucked up to the right people. I literally was spoon feeding my VP information on how to do her job and it was absolutely frustrating. Whenever I thought I would be next in line for more responsibility or a better title, I was passed on by the cheekier and talkative alternative that had no idea what they were doing.

      If you are very political and thrive in having lots of meetings but never moving the ball forward then this is the place for you

      Cons

      Everything - Management can not move the needle, Compensation is not competitive, work life balance does not exist and management does not have any values

      The atmosphere and good people to work with

      Cons

      The pay compensation is low with very small raises offered annually. You end up taking onmore responsibilities without getting paid for what you do. If you are promoted to a new position, you can only get a 10% raise while someone off the street can come in and make what the job is worth, essentially you are under paid. Unless you are high up, the money is not worth the work you do.
