Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with, not many arrogant people around. Collaborative atmosphere. Personal account trading policy is not as stringent as some places which is great.
Cons
Bonus is pretty crap, though its only been one year so far. Promotions even in front office (research) tend to be very slow. Focus on cost cutting is leading to some lost productivity with no access to all the tools required. Also impact business relationships as business travel is cut down.
