Pros
Benefits are pretty good and they tend to pay a little more than above market rates. The work is certainly challenging and interesting. The Geneva office tends to act as the hub for most of their locations given that their platform is run from there.
Cons
Quite chaotic working with a lack of strategic focus. Significant resource shortages with considerable stress applied to most working teams. I believe that BW in Geneva have one of the highest turn over rates of the private banks in Switzerland...
