      Pros

      They sponsor visas, which is why a lot of people come here. Probably not a lot of other pros. That's the main thing.

      Cons

      Low pay, high risk of layoffs, everything seems UK centered. Barclays also loves to close offices on a whim and over-hire. Diversity? Nonexistent. I would say 80% Indian. So no real diversity.

      Multiple opportunities to explore different types of tasks depending on the team Supportive team members who are very helpful

      Cons

      Not all technologies are supported or usually brought in a little later Tech keeps changing, sometimes we spend a lot of time doing the same thing on a different platform
