It was one of the worst experiences of my career. Management is disorganized, and favoritism is rampant—if you're not in their inner circle, don’t expect promotions or recognition. The workload is unbearable, and there’s zero respect for work-life balance. Employees are overworked and underpaid while leadership makes poor decisions that create constant chaos. There’s no real training, no room for growth, and no appreciation for hard work. Avoid this company if you value your mental health.
