Emotional Distress? Here's your place
Pros
Decent base salary. Nice renovated building? That's about it.
Cons
Management style leaves a lot to be desired. Forever changes to management. New, unskilled managers come in and throw Federal mandates and practices out the window. You don't if you're coming or going. Everything changes 2 to 3 times a year. Constantly threatening your employment. Their way or the highway whether it's right or wrong. Favoritism is classic since beginning in Henderson. Bonuses are slim to none. Not based on work ethic and performance. Based on how well you get along with the manager and how you help the boss complete THEIR job tasks, not how well you do your job. No bonus scale for the employees to see with their own eyes. No explanation of how they decided on the amount of your bonus. Just "Well we gave ya this." Nice shiny new building. Same attitudes. Due to all the layoffs/terminations, the workload is unbearable and they work you like a dog expecting you to perform as well as Ai, robots! Or, there's the door. That threat is ALWAYS lingering.
