      Started with Barge last April and just recently attended the Barge Corporate Orientation for new employees - Wow! Never in my 30+years in the AE industry have I experienced a company spending this amount of time and effort to welcome its new employees and introduce them to the Barge family. Very informative and also very empowering since everyone had time to interact with all the senior/executive leadership at Barge. Way to go Barge - thank you for making me feel like I'm at home.

      None. Barge has created an excellent culture of employee ownership and a values model called 'CARES' - from everything I've seen so far - they talk the talk, AND they walk the walk. They are living their values!

      Employee owned company and thus very transparent. Excellent culture, with great growth and training opportunities. Barge spares no expense to help employees gain exposure to new skill sets and training.

      The coffee in the office is underwhelming.
