      Pros

      Corporate Wellness Initiatives. Insurance. Annual Stock Holder Event. Annual Raises.

      Cons

      Keep your head down and do your best to stay busy. They will layoff employees at moments notice to keep stock on a profitable trend. Top heavy corporate structure that is fueled by cronyism on the board. Will promise training, promotions and valuable experience but will work you excessive hours while project managers take ill timed vacations. Will give annual raises and bonuses but salaries are under market and when presented with relevant salary surveys for your industry counterparts, they shrug it off and tell you to be happy with what you have. Many employees are genuinely jaded or spiritually broken.

      Employee owned. Not too big and not too small. Interesting projects and great people.

      Typical challenges here that you will find at any A/E firm.

      Pros

      Benefits are comparable to similar companies, fairly laid back work environment. Ability to work from home on occasion is a definite plus.

      Cons

      Top heavy structure, high overhead to cover. Management appears to be afraid of CEO. Pressure on lower end to keep expenses down, while upper end seems to be business as usual. Hired a lot of expensive employees in recent years, now seem to be having a lot of layoffs of the older employees.
