Values lead the decision making. The company shares work across the footprint to allow development opportunities and to work on a variety of projects. All employees are eligible for ownership and bonus. The company annually asks for feedback and responds to employee concerns.

Cons

We don't like to see employees leave although retention rate is higher than industry average.

Lots of potential for a hard working employee Nice office space and location Employee owned, can know anyones salary Some nice people to work with Bonuses are nice

Cons

Your experience will differ with who you work for and what department. Salaries are low or not what they should be for amount of work. They’re stuck in 2005 or something. Negotiate your salary! Handling of Covid was terrible. You could be very overworked and they’ll just wait to see how hard they can push you until they do something. PTO is terrible. Just terrible. It’s that way for a reason. Think about it. They’ll drag you into monthly departmental meetings to let you know you’re not doing too well with utilization rate while providing free lunch from the overhead funds you help fund. Cares model is just a facade Good place to work advertising is also a facade
