      Flexible work schedule, good parking in Nashville, employees that live their values,

      Traffic in Nashville during peak rush hour but better since moving to the new building

      Not very inclusive or nice people No set plan or advice given to make you understand your role or provide guidance to be successful at your job Bad communication Old fashioned tactics and very narrow minded mindsets by management

      Pros

      I love the people and working on projects that matter in our community. This place has a positive energy like I have never seen anywhere before. It is really cool place to work and I feel like I matter here.

      Cons

      I struggle to find any real downsides to working here. The firm is always taking opportunities to make us better. Recently they made changes to our 401k match and our vacation time to improve those.
