Barge Design Solutions (formerly Barge Waggoner Sumner and Cannon) is a great place to work. The people are top notch and the work is fun. The new Nashville office was designed with employees in mind, and features a gym, showers, indoor bike storage, coffee bars, ping pong tables and standing desks. The atmosphere is exciting and the company is on an upward trajectory.

Cons

Barge has 14 offices in 5 cities, so it can be challenging working with people that far away.
