      Approachable management, genuinely interested in giving employees the tools and resources we need to do great work for the company's benefit and our own benefit as professionals wanting to grow in our career. It is regularly expressed to me that I am a valued employee and contribute to the company's success, and that is great for morale.

      Cons

      The commute to the downtown office can sometimes be a challenge.
