Keep your head down and do your best to stay busy. They will layoff employees at moments notice to keep stock on a profitable trend. Top heavy corporate structure that is fueled by cronyism on the board. Will promise training, promotions and valuable experience but will work you excessive hours while project managers take ill timed vacations. Will give annual raises and bonuses but salaries are under market and when presented with relevant salary surveys for your industry counterparts, they shrug it off and tell you to be happy with what you have. Many employees are genuinely jaded or spiritually broken.
