      Pros

      A lot of young people = a lot of friends. Some fun brainstorming sessions and projects.

      Cons

      Terrible management and intra-communication. People too afraid to actually innovate and prefer to just stay with the predictable dwindling sales.

      Barilla is very big on the quality of products and this is particularly important when working for a Food company. Furthermore, Barilla is expanding globally thus offering the possibility to work at its offices worldwide.

      Cons

      Its centralized Decision Making style can be a bit disencouraging when trying to attain an approval under a strict deadline.
