An HR Company That Doesn't Practice HR

Autonomous work but with a short leash.

Cons

really - No HR leader for an HR company. Really! How much of the "hr best practice they give to clients do they actually apply internally. DEI - SR LT. They're all white and they know it and the CEO acknowledges but does NOTHING about it. The previous CEO was schwarmy and the new one had some glimmer of potential change but missed it big time. The company gets sued so often even the legal counsel should have been a diversity hire but again was missed.
