      Pros

      Profit Sharing is available and given at the branch level. Benefits are robust and ever increasing.

      Cons

      No cost of living or merit based wage increases for duration of employments. No work from home/remote options. Profit sharing is affected by client worker injuries and often out of branch control.

      I have been an employee of BBSI for over 10 years. I have grown every year since I have started and have had the opportunity to advance in my career. My income has increased based on the quality of work that I have been able to deliver. This is a fun and fast moving company with opportunity for real independent people. Some of the negative reviews on this site are coming from Staffing employees that do not actually work for BBSI.

      This is not a place for someone that wants to be micro managed.
