This company is so unethical and does not care about their employees or the concerns that they have. If you say anything that is not what they want to hear you will get fired! The Area Managers are a joke, and just puppets of a seriously disconnected C-suite. They claim to advise companies on best practices yet they themselves do not practice what they preach. They are in violation of so many regulations and laws it will make your head spin. Do not work for this company or you will regret it. Not only are they not respected out in the business community, if you are associated with them you will lose respect yourself from colleagues because anyone in the PEO realm knows how shady BBSI is. They claim to be one of the largest and best yet you cant find them even in the top 20! Run and run fast!
