Pay is unequal and will not be righted. No raises. People performing the same role have vastly different salaries. Poor benefits. High stress in some positions.

Bbsi is a company that puts the onus on you. No one is going to spoon feed what needs to be done. You have full ownership. For those who love what they do and motivation is from the eternal fire within this is your home. Work hard, play hard.

Cons

This work isn’t for everyone. If you need direction on what to do when your plate isn’t full, apply elsewhere.

I have never worked for an organization that cares as much about developing their people as they do about building their business. They have fully embraced the concept that people are the real asset of the organization! You are given a top salary for your profession with the ability to profit share in the overall success of the branch and business unit. Everybody wins, not just the big wigs. Amazing work/life balance! Great 401K Match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Cons

What inevitably comes with a growing organization are some short comings in systems, processes and structure. This is fully recognized and actively addressed. As of today, not the best Health insurance plan, but Neither does my spouse!
