Pros
Strong company culture, excellent on-boarding process and integration. There seems to be a very active senior management through the c-level that is committed to remaining relevant in the industry while also actively focused internally - fostering strong employer/ employee communication and relationships.
Cons
You hit the ground running and depending on what role you land in, the processes for your day to day role are not clearly outlined. This is okay long-term because you can create what works best for you, but short term you can feel like your drinking from a firehose. But there is no lack of assistance if you ask.
