      Pros

      Great Team with goals and pride in the work we do. Supportive manager and co-workers. I look forward to finishing my career BBSI and helping small businesses succeed.

      Cons

      The PEO industry is competitive, new client sales cycle is not short. Could use more training to help work with clients.

      I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with truly amazing talent. The level of brilliance, compassion and talent is unsurpassed. These people truly care about the customer and what they do. They do great work. I had found my dream job, until COVID-19 forever changed the face of the world.

      Cons

      I worked in a singular, unique role, therefore no cons I may have experienced would be indicative of the company experience.

      Pros

      Over the past 15 years I enjoyed being a client of BBSI. They gave me the courage to grow a small mom and pop franchise to an enterprise consisting of 5 locations and two retail companies. After selling those companies and relocating to live near our children I had the desire to join the team. 10 months later I see the value we give in a even brighter light. As an employee and manager of one of our branches I have experienced that we live what we teach. I recommend working for BBSI to anyone who wants to not only help business owners excel but also wants that same for their own personal development.

      Cons

      I wish I would have come on board sooner.
